Position: Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing
Department: Partnership Marketing (Corporate Partnerships)
Reports to: Director, Partnership Marketing
POSITION SUMMARY
The Partnership Marketing team is responsible for delivering industry-leading value to partners while protecting and growing CSE’s partnership revenue. The Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing plays a key role by building strong relationships, leading several major partnership accounts, and ensuring delivery of both contractual and incremental value, plus coaching and mentoring young talent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and grow several of CSE’s most significant partner relationships, acting as a trusted senior advisor and primary point of contact.
- Drive partnership strategy and execution, delivering on activations, renewals, upsell opportunities, revenue growth, and value commitments.
- Develop deep insight into partner businesses and translate that knowledge into clear plans and team execution.
- Oversee cross-functional ideation and execution to ensure seamless delivery across all CSE properties.
- Establish and maintain best-in-class operational processes to ensure efficiency, accountability, and scalability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing partnership marketing team focused on retention and long-term growth.
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership through presence at games and purposeful travel to support partner relationships and outcomes.
- Collaborate with CP leadership on partnership renewals and revenue targets.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five or more years of experience leading partnership marketing initiatives, with a background in sports and entertainment or corporate partnership activation on the brand or agency side.
- Action-oriented individual possessing a high degree of initiative and known to have the knack for getting things done.
- Committed to a vision of service that will make CSE the preferred partner of our corporate partners.
- Demonstrated leadership skills that have directly resulted in team success and individual team member growth and development.
- Strong knowledge in the practices and principles related to the sale, negotiation, implementation, and execution of contractual corporate partnership process.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of KORE or similar CRM platform
- Familiarity with standard value tracking and measurement tools.
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and lead teams.
- Superior communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, management, clientele, suppliers, and partners.
- Excellent planning, organizational ,and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends throughout NHL, AHL, and NLL seasons.
